Venue/location
The Competence 50+ 2007, Age as an opportunity will take place in the Göteborg Convention Centre located in the City Centre. The venue is easy accessible for delegates and exhibitors, only 20 minutes by bus or taxi from the Landvetter International Airport.
Exhibition, posters and coffee breaks will take place in the H-hall which is close to the conference halls.
In addition to catering during breaks there is an informal Welcome drink on Monday 18 June at 12.00 -13.00.

Costs
The charge per m2 for stand rental including blue carpet and daily cleaning is as follows:
1.200 SEK plus VAT, only applicable for Swedish exhibitors

Allocation of exhibition space
Space allocation will be made on a “first come, first served basis”. A completed exhibitor contract form should be sent to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the form, space will be confirmed and of the total amount will be invoiced.
Technical/exhibitors manual
A technical manual outlining all technical aspects of exhibiting will be circulated two months before the Conference.

Social Programme
Monday 18 June at 19.00
All delegates are invited to attend the Welcome Reception hosted by the City of Göteborg. A light meal will be served.
Free of charge but must be indicated at the time of registration to obtain a ticket.
Tuesday 19 June AT 18.30
All delegates are invited to join us for an evening of entertainment and a traditional Swedish Midsummer buffet.
Price per person SEK 375 / €40.
