Welcome to Life Competence 50+
Life competence 50+ is a development partnership partly financed by EU and the Swedish government. The main goal is to influence/change attitudes and systems in society to improve work life conditions for 50+ people.
We will develop methods to ensure that 50+ people can work longer, enter or reenter work life. We work together with other Development partnerships in Europe.
What do we mean by Life Competence?
To develop a method that fully describes the person's Life Competence; including the person's life situation, work, spare time, family situation, physical and phsycologocial conditions, knowledge, abilities, skills, experiences, motivational factors and values.
The aim is to raise the awareness of the marketable competence.
